InsulSmart MH® is water based, which is one reason it's safe to use in your home. As the material cures, a tiny amount of shrinkage occurs as the water evaporates. InsulSmart MH® is approximately 85% closed cell, which does not provide a vapor barrier.
Yes! InsulSmart MH® can be injected into the wall cavities between rooms to reduce noise from people, plumbing, music, etc.
